Shipping Policy
In-stock orders ship within 5 business days, back-ordered items in 2-4 weeks. Special order items take 2-12 weeks. Tracking info provided via email. Freight shipments require scheduled appointments. Expedited shipping is available for additional charges. Please note that some products with dimensions greater than 80 inches must be picked up at the designated ocurre or picked up point location and are not eligible for home delivery.

We offer shipping to MOST addresses within the United States.
Please Note: Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is not included in our free shipping offer and may incur additional charges. We will contact you to inform you of any extra shipping costs before processing your order if your address is in Hawaii or Alaska.
Shipment Methods
Your order will be shipped using one of the following methods, depending on the size of your order:
Small package carrier
Freight carrier
For large furniture and bulk orders, all shipments will be handled by World of Rustic Expressions LLC. These types of orders require a delivery appointment to be pre-scheduled with Rustic Expressions for a smooth delivery experience.
When your freight shipment arrives: For large freight/furniture deliveries: when signing the bill of lading, include the phrase: "Possible concealed damage". This is only necessary if you do not open and fully accept the terms of the shipment. We are required to do this because the carrier makes it nearly impossible to file damage claims without it.
Expedited next-day, 2-day, and 3-day shipping is not free of charge.
You can select to have your order shipped the next day, 2-day or 3-day from the shipping method drop-down box when placing your order. These shipping methods are not included as part of our free shipping offer. You will be contacted when your order is ready to ship with the additional charges that will apply to your order. If you would like us to move forward with your order without contacting you, please let us know in the comments section during checkout. If your order is placed before 12:00 p.m. MST, we will do our best to have your order ready to ship the same day, provided the items are in stock. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. MST will normally ship the next day. Our strong relationships with shipping partners allow us to provide these expedited services at reasonable shipping rates.
Damage and Damage
All orders should be thoroughly inspected for damage upon receipt. If damage is found on any shipment from us, large or small, it must be reported within five business days by phone, Whatsapp, or email. We will determine the best way to resolve the issue at that time. We may request photographs of the damaged items. You do not have to file a claim with the carrier. World of Rustic Expressions will handle any damage claim with the carrier. We will replace it or credit you for your loss as long as the above guidelines have been met.
Return Policy
Our goal is complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 15 days of receipt. In some cases, but on rare occasions, a 15% restocking fee may apply. We will credit you the original purchase price of your merchandise. This does not apply to special orders, only to normal stock items.
The items you are returning must reach us in the same condition as when they left our warehouse. Repack properly to protect it during shipment. For damaged package claims, please see our Damage Policy below. Be sure to include your name, phone number, order number, and a written statement requesting a refund.
Warranties and Handcrafted Products
World of Rustic Expressions LLC makes no warranties, either expressed or implied, of fitness for consumers' particular use. Customer acknowledges that handmade products are inherently imperfect and vary in size, finish, and dimension. All products susceptible to pest infestation have been treated. We make every effort to inspect our products prior to shipment to ensure quality.
Accepted payment types and payment policy
Credit Cards: We accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Your card will be authorized for the purchase amount and will be charged when your order is shipped. If you use a debit card, the full amount will be charged at the time of purchase.

Order online: place items in your shopping cart and follow our secure checkout process. You will immediately receive an order confirmation email.
